The 6-digit numeric code is located on the kraft paper card with a hologram, attached to your piece near the composition label.
The system indicates that my code is not recognized.
If the code is not recognized, it is likely not an original piece. Contact us via the cooperation form, attaching detailed photographs.
Can I verify my piece more than once?
Yes. However, for security reasons, our system registers the number of verifications of each code to detect anomalies and prevent fraud.
How to clean the waxed canvas?
Use only a damp cloth with mild soap. Never machine wash. Let it air dry.
Does natural leather require treatment?
We recommend applying a natural leather balm once a year to maintain flexibility and revive the color.
